The festive menu runs from the 2nd to the 24th of December — two courses for £35, three for £40. Christmas Day lunch, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve with Memphis Miller as Elvis.

Highly recommend the 5 course tasting menu at the Golden Eagle. Very tasty and imaginative courses, all beautifully presented. Lovely informative and helpful staff, well worth a visit in the newly refurbished pub.

We booked The Golden Eagle last minute and were honestly blown away by the entire experience. Despite the short notice, the team went above and beyond to fully cater for my partner's pescatarian diet without compromising on creativity or quality.

Had a fantastic tasting menu meal this evening, every course was delicious, perfect amount of food for a great price. We've been at least 6 times and never had a bad meal. The chef Chris is so passionate about the food it's a real gem!
